DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT 1. Parties Seller: Congport, operating the Congport software service at https://congport.com. Address: Pamukkale Teknokent B Blok Pamukkale - Denizli E-mail: info@congport.com Phone: +905414819500 Buyer: the natural or legal person who accepts a Congport proposal online, identified by the name, organisation, e-mail and other details entered on the proposal form. 2. Subject This agreement is concluded at a distance under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The subject is the supply of Congport congress-management software as a digital service (SaaS licence / usage package and any add-on services stated on the proposal), not physical goods. 3. Essential features and price The package name, quotas, duration, add-on services, currency and total price including applicable taxes are those shown on the accepted proposal. The Buyer confirms having reviewed the proposal before payment. 4. Payment The Buyer may pay by credit/debit card via PayTR or by bank transfer as offered on the proposal. Card data is processed on PayTR’s secure pages. Congport does not store full card numbers. The payment obligation arises when the Buyer accepts the proposal and completes checkout. 5. Performance / delivery The service is digital. After confirmed payment (PayTR success notification or Seller confirmation of a bank transfer), Congport provisions the Buyer’s organisation and congress workspace and sends access details to the Buyer’s e-mail. There is no shipment of physical goods. Performance begins when the workspace is opened or access credentials are sent, whichever occurs first. 6. Right of withdrawal Under Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content or services supplied immediately in electronic form where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right will be lost. By accepting the proposal and paying, the Buyer consents to immediate digital performance and acknowledges this exception. If a mandatory withdrawal right nevertheless applies and the Buyer is a consumer, the Buyer may notify the Seller at info@congport.com within the statutory period; refunds, where due, are made through the original payment method after any lawful deductions. 7. Buyer’s obligations The Buyer must provide accurate billing and contact data, keep account credentials confidential, and use the service lawfully. The Buyer is responsible for the congress content and personal data processed in its workspace. 8. Seller’s obligations The Seller shall provide the service described in the proposal with reasonable care, process payment through the stated methods, and issue invoices in accordance with tax rules. 9. Force majeure Events beyond a party’s reasonable control (including infrastructure outages not caused by that party, lawful orders, or widespread network failures) may suspend obligations for the duration of the event. 10. Dispute resolution This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer Buyers may use the statutory consumer arbitration committees and courts. Other disputes shall be submitted to the courts and enforcement offices of the Seller’s registered address, without prejudice to mandatory venue rules. 11. Effectiveness The agreement is formed when the Buyer ticks the acceptance boxes and submits the proposal form, and is completed upon successful payment.
